• Entry Level Enterprise Service
• Advanced Level Enterprise Service

Entry Level Enterprise Seervices are aimed for low to mid-sized projects with relatively low hardware and sotfware requirements. On the other hand, Advanced Level Enterprise Services are targeted for projects with messaging, transaction management, security, high scalability requirements which generally requires the deployment of distributed application servers. For each segment Zerobuffer provides low cost and hig performance services leveraging open source and proprietary application servers, custom off-the-shelf components with high quality and configurability which minimizes development time considerably.

1. Entry Level Enterprise Services

Without the need for deploying an application server Zerobuffer offers high performance and effective resource utilization for small to mid-size projects. We provide solutions with mainstream webservers, application servers and persistence technologies.

Lightweight Container Solutions
Jetty is an open-source, standards-based, full-featured web server implemented entirely in Java.

Lightweight Messaging Services
Lingo is a lightweight POJO based remoting and messaging library based on Spring's Remoting which extends it to support JMS. Lingo can support a wide range of message exchange patterns including both synchronous and asynchronous message exchange.

Tomcat management and configuration services

Persistence Services
If you want to be independent from the persistence mechanism you have to implement a DAO layer, which abstracts from the persistence mechanism. With this layer your application can use any possible persistence mechanism which is on the market. You must then provide a implementation of that layer with the specific persistence mechanism. We provide solutions inlcuding the main persistence frameworks.

Hibernate
Hibernate is a powerful, ultra-high performance object/relational persistence and query service for Java. Castor
Castor provides Java to XML binding, Java to SQL persistence. It's basically the shortest path between Java objects, XML documents and SQL tables.

OJB
ObJectRelationalBridge (OJB) is an Object/Relational mapping tool that allows transparent persistence for Java Objects against relational databases.

2. Advanced Level Enterprise Services
